		<description><![CDATA[i don&#039;t think you&#039;re wrong at all. medicine balls can be really useful for beginner athletes or even intermediate athletes who are still struggling with mobility issues (as long as they make sure not to bounce off the ball!), but they should not be used as a crutch beyond this. anyone who&#039;s been squatting for a while should know how deep to squat.
i think that both coach and athlete are responsible where form is concerned, but i do think the coach has a bit more responsibility in this regard, as they are more capable of being objective and they actually *see* what the athlete is doing.  
sounds like a really disappointing experience at your first reebok box. not surprising, but definitely concerning if they become more widespread (as i&#039;m sure they will). 
how many people where there for each class?]]></description>
