		<description><![CDATA[Firm/cute glutes. Check.  Firm/cute hamstrings. Check. But...you didn&#039;t mention your amazing calves! Every time you did a glute ham raise, as I was holding your ankles I noticed your calves flexing and thought &#039;wow, look at that&#039;...&#039;wow, look at that&#039;... Guess that is why I couldn&#039;t keep count for you...I was distracted... :)  

I CALL you for glute ham raises until the end of time. It is the only time I do them even remotely correct. Thank you for helping me with them and being patient.]]></description>
